LOCATION
Pune
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Achieve sales target
Cross selling/Upselling consistency
Ensuring team target it met by helping other team members
Meet conversion % target set by Operations manager
Achieve Quality benchmark set by QA dept
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
6 months to 1 yr
QUALIFICATION
Minimum HSC Passed
TARGET INDUSTRIES
Call Center E-Commerce
COMPETENCIES
Must possess excellent communication skills.
Urdu would be an added advantage.
Should have sales background
Min HSC passed
Min experience 1yr in sales inbound/outbound
Good Typing Speed
Willingness to work in rotational shift.
Boundary Limit: Only Western Line
Working days- 6 days in a week
