We are currently seeking a proactive and customer-focused Commercial Lead with a strong Sales Development focus to drive customer relationship management and business development within our AWS practice. Position Overview: As the Commercial Lead with an SDR focus, you will be instrumental in managing customer and partner relationships, driving business development initiatives, and supporting sales activities to achieve revenue targets. Leveraging your keen understanding of sales development principles, you will play a pivotal role in generating leads, qualifying opportunities, and nurturing prospects through the sales funnel, while also fostering strong relationships with existing customers and partners. Key Responsibilities: • Lead Generation & Prospecting: • Utilize various channels, including cold outreach, email campaigns, and LinkedIn campaigns, to generate leads and identify potential opportunities for business growth. • Conduct research to identify key decision-makers within target organizations and initiate meaningful conversations to uncover business needs and pain points. • Customer & Partner Relationship Management: • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and partners, nurturing relationships through proactive communication, strategic engagement, and exceptional customer service. • Understand customer and partner objectives, challenges, and priorities, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that drive value and foster long-term partnerships. • Business Development & Sales Support: • Qualify leads and opportunities to ensure alignment with business objectives and sales criteria, and support sales teams in advancing prospects through the sales funnel. • Manage the sales pipeline, including lead tracking, opportunity analysis, and proposal development, to facilitate efficient sales processes and maximize revenue potential. • Provide feedback to the marketing team on the effectiveness of lead generation campaigns and contribute ideas for improving lead quality and quantity. • Customer Success & Retention: • Drive customer satisfaction and retention by proactively addressing customer needs, resolving issues in a timely manner, and ensuring a positive customer experience. • Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback, assess satisfaction levels, and identify opportunities for improvement or expansion of services. • Collaborate with the customer success team to develop strategies for increasing customer lifetime value and reducing churn. • Marketing Campaign Contribution: • Collaborate with marketing teams to support the development and execution of targeted campaigns, leveraging customer insights and market knowledge to create compelling messaging and collateral. • Participate in events, webinars, and other marketing activities to showcase Cloud202's capabilities, engage with prospective customers and partners, and enhance brand awareness. • Provide insights and feedback from customer interactions to inform marketing strategies and refine messaging to better resonate with target audiences. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. • Demonstrated ability to drive business development and support sales initiatives, including lead qualification, lead generation, opportunity analysis, and proposal development. • Proven experience in sales development or a related role, with a track record of generating leads, qualifying opportunities, and driving revenue growth. • Strong understanding of sales development principles and methodologies, with proficiency in leveraging various sales tools and techniques to achieve targets. • Comfortable with cold calling, cold outreach, LinkedIn campaigns, and other lead generation strategies to generate new sales leads. • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with prospects, customers, and partners. • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for driving business success through customer engagement and collaboration. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitask effectively, and adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
