upEducators, a Google for Education Partner Company, is seeking a Sales-Oriented Sr Counsellor/Assistant Manager Sales.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced sales professional to join our team. As a Sales-Oriented Sr Counsellor/Assistant Manager Sales, you will be responsible for counselling HOT leads to teachers, professors, institute owners, trainers, etc. on upskilling and highly demanded courses.
Key Responsibilities:
• Counselling HOT leads on upskilling and highly demanded courses
• Handling enquiries and securing enrolments
• Developing and implementing strategies to achieve monthly sales targets and following up on leads
• Updating and managing all sales activities and account information in CRM
• Team handling experience is an added advantage
About You
We are looking for a graduate with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be aggressive, sales-oriented, and have B2C sales experience.
• A minimum of 3-8 years of sales experience is required
• Team leading experience is preferred
• The ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
