Daily work

1. Managing and replying to leads received from portals like Just dial, Indiamart, ExportersIndia, our websites

2. Bookkeeping of all leads with status and remarks

3. Taking follow-ups with potential clients on call and WhatsApp for conversion to sales

4. Managing orders, returns and exchanges of all customers

Requirements:

1. Target oriented

2. Go-getter

3. Good in communication and written English

4. Customer centric, knows Excel

Note:

1. No travelling required, work from office

2. Product - Women Apparels, Women kurta and dresses (high demand product)

MS-Excel

Timings - +.30 to 6.30 pm Mom to Saturday.

Office- Near JNU University Jagatpura.
