Responsibilities
Sales Analysis and Planning Manager in Miami/FL - Global Travel Retail
Sales Analysis and Planning Manager is primarily responsible for updating and analyzing sales and measurable KPI performance reports utilizing GTR Business Intelligence applications (i.e
TM1, TME, Power BI, S4L), in order to produce strategical planning for sales' forecasts by brand/product, including indications on segment trends to identify best new launches opportunities
The incumbent must be comfortable with scrutinizing large volumes of data, adhering to strict reporting deadlines, and interacting with individuals based in different locations
He/She will support the business in providing the team with sales insights with recommendations in supporting decision-making
The incumbent will be able to summarize information from multiple sources and communicate the trends identifying business drivers
The scope of the role includes also proactive collecting and understanding of market suggestions in terms of reporting/system improvements, driving data collection & process efficiency, ensuring compliance to data protocol and facilitating change requests implementation
He/She will be responsible for the TM1, TME, Power BI and S4L testing where necessary and will act as Power User, ensuring Data Integrity at all the stages and coordinating data upload activities
Sales Analysis and Planning Manager will combine market responsibility and Central projects assignment
Reporting: Support business decisions with relevant KPIs and insights using available IT solutions; creating reports and collaborating with specific functions where relevant
The expertise will be used in advising reports on request by team that can be used throughout the business
Support the team by analyzing and reporting on their performance
To have a consultative role on the submission of the LMDs (Legitimate Markets Demand)
To support Portfolio team in regular SKU rationalization reviews to ensure the optimum portfolios
Insights/Analysis: Establish reliable data collection process and regularly go through data to discover potential improvement areas
To design and produce insightful reports on Power BI and consolidate additional information from various sources in order to find a solutions
Identify and interpret patterns and trends, assess data quality and eliminate irrelevant data
Seek out business expertise in the area related to the situation to identify potential solutions
Communicate the results of analysis for decision making
Sales Planning support to sales team, providing annual, quarterly and monthly analysis and planning suggestions by brand/product before and after each forecasting cycle
Flag trends, potential write offs risks, coordinate shared SKU's allocation by customer
TME Mobile App Power User: Act as Power User for TME Mobile App in terms of System usage, user setup and provide training to Retail Sales Consultants
Support Data Management Team in new application and pilot testing
Provide technical support to Retail Sales Consultants, e.g. device, application, connectivity etc
Act as TME Power User: Act as the TME “Power User” in terms of System usage, sharing knowledge and best practices within the organization and among other Power Users in other markets
Act as initial “Point of Contact” for all matters relating to TME and Power BI for the team, relaying changes updates to Data Management Team
Support Data Management Team in Report Testing for Releases and ensuring data on system is correct informing them of errors/changes

Position purpose:

Who are We Looking For – Requirements
• University degree (preferable).
• 5 years of experience in data analysis, sales & distribution, channel management, field trade marketing, consumer & trade promotions with cross-cultural exposure. Industry knowledge a benefit.
• Fluent in English. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Advanced Microsoft Office 365 applications including PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, Teams and other information systems.
• Analytical mind with good knowledge of mathematical & statistical methods of sales analysis.
• Good communication & presentation skills.
• Project management and cross functional team management experience.
