4 Communicate with marketing and sales departments to determine promotional objectives.
5 Create and circulate methods for collecting data from reports.
6 Conduct research on competitors / competing products and measure the success of their strategies.
7 Assessment of customer preferences.
8 Identifying target audiences & in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate & motivate team.
+ Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, marketing sense of metrics & pressuring figures with spread sheets & logical in explaination.
10 Suggest marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.
11 Analyse customer insights, sales trends, sales conversions, market analysis, stock analysis, marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
12 Create, maintain and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.
13 Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions and generate more qualified leads.
14 Identifying the effectiveness and impact of current new marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis and optimize accordingly.
15 Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies and budgets.
