Your Role:
We are seeking a Performance & Support Analyst to manage partner portal requests, performance analytics, and ad hoc reporting. The ideal candidate must possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of software & SaaS markets. The candidate should have experience with SQL, Salesforce, Excel, Tableau, and PowerPoint. Moreover, the candidate should have experience in business analysis, reporting development, and implementation of business intelligence solutions. The candidate will work in a fast-paced environment and should be able to analyze, assess and execute tasks.
Your Impact:
• Manage partner portal requests, performance analytics, and ad hoc reporting
• Develop and implement business intelligence solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives
• Analyze data to identify trends and provide insights to improve performance
• Maintain data integrity and accuracy across multiple systems
• Work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Your Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience with SQL, Salesforce, Excel, Tableau, and PowerPoint
• Understanding of software & SaaS markets
• Experience in business analysis and reporting development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
