Location: Work From Home
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month + Performance Incentives
Key Responsibilities
Supervise a small virtual team and assign daily tasks
Manage inbound and outbound calls, follow up on leads
Maintain accurate data in CRM (Odoo preferred) and Google Sheets
Oversee student admissions, fee tracking, and documentation
Conduct short daily team check-ins and submit weekly reports
Suggest and implement improvements in admin and calling processes
Eligibility Criteria
Female candidates only – confident, proactive, and reliable
1.5 OR 1.5+ years in sales coordination, telecalling, or administrative roles
Fluency in Hindi; basic English is a plus
Proficient in CRM tools (Odoo preferred) and Google Sheets
Own laptop/desktop with stable internet connection
