Crafter’s Business Development Support (BDS) group is a valued part of the company that helps the company’s day to day operations win high-quality, technically differentiated, competitive proposals to both small and large movie studios

We are currently seeking a talented individual interested in pursuing careers in business development. This unique program was designed to enhance BD leadership skills in a fast-paced start up environment. The selected individual will gain diverse foundational experience and develop knowledge of multiple market sectors, clients, and service areas. Selected candidate(s) will learn best-in-class BD and proposal practices

The program will run for the duration of Summer 2024 and can be fully remote or hybrid if the selected intern is located near our Hyderabad offices.

Your Role:
• Assist sales and business head with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, capturing notes, tracking action items, and communicating with movie studios for possible collaborations
• Support development of oral presentations (primarily in MS PowerPoint)
• Assist proposal teams with conceptualizing graphics and coordinating with graphic designers to enhance proposals
• Coordinate inputs from multiple authors to develop cohesive marketing collateral (e.g., brochures, cut sheets, statements of qualifications)
• Help create and/or update best practices documents for continuous improvement
• Help the movie studios expand and improve the use of our software by testing and providing feedback on new applications and plug-ins
• Assist the design team with editing, proofreading, and content management
• Perform guided research on relevant topics

Qualifications:
• Must be currently enrolled in a matriculated university program. Students entering their final academic year or recently graduated can be considered
• Ideal candidates will be pursuing a degree in Engineering / MBA , Marketing/Communications, Business Administration, or similar program
• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong Microsoft and Google Office skills, particularly MS and Google Word
• Ability to work remotely independently and as part of a dispersed team
• A portfolio of project examples demonstrating persuasive writing is encouraged but not required
• Positive attitude with a strong desire to collaborate and identify solutions
