• Create leads, initiate and negotiating deals worth 10 to 25 lakhs per month
• Recruit, hire, train and drive to continually enhance team productivity
• Constantly monitor, review and motivate to ensure Sales and collection targets are met as per plan
• Establish new products on production lines by interacting with R&D, procurement and other control and cost saving functions
• Design, create and make presentations to customers on sales, product and service portfolios of Metlok
