Job Title - Sales Coverage Support Senior Analyst, AVP
Location- Mumbai
Role Description
DB Centre is looking to hire a qualified professional with business-based academic backgrounds to join the global NRF (Natural Resource Finance) team within Corporate Bank. The team has about 55-60 active clients in the Commodity Industry (Oil & Gas, Metals & Mining and – small portion – Agri), mainly traders and producers (exporters and refiners).NRF teams have bases in EMEA, Asia and the Americas with a mandate to grow the portfolio.
We are looking to recruit a person in NRF Analysis to play an important role with direct face off against the Business community and will also involve regular interaction with other offshore teams as well as with CB onshore teams, CRM, finance, RPM etc.

Key Responsibilities
• Financial analytics, modelling of pipeline deals; define exposure strategies & competent implementation
• Coordinate with lender groups, DB deal teams, financial & legal advisors
• Differentiated analysis of complex, mainly sub investment grade commodity industry corporate groups.
• Build downside scenarios, elaborate on structuring scenarios, reflect deal terms on DB's IT systems
• Establish reporting & monitoring standards based on existing templates, recognize & manage early warning signals.
• Any number of ad hoc analysis and presentations.
Your skills and experience
Technical Skills:
• Experience as structuring/finance and/or business – ideally in a Commodity market environment (Oil & Gas, Minerals & Metals, Agriculture)
• Good understanding of Financial Statements including Financial and Operating Ratios. Basic Understanding of Trade Finance products is sufficient
• Financial Analytical/modelling skils; including Excel & powerpoint skills
• Knowledge of IFRS, US/GAAP accounting standards is a plus
Behavioral Skills:
• Strong communication skills
• Desire to work in a fast paced, challenging environment
• Strong negotiation skills & confidence to implement strategies.
• Willingness to learn
• Decisiveness and performance oriented; flexibility
• Ability to work well in a global team
