The Sales and Credit Quality team plays a pivotal role in cultivating a highly skilled, confident, and high-performing sales team. Through dedicated coaching, mentoring, and training, we ensure our Home Loan Lending Specialists are equipped to deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients.

What role will you play?

You will develop and implement training programs designed to onboard and upskill the team in both sales and credit capability building, while you also observe, coach and provide meaningful feedback to enhance their overall performance. You will regularly review key data points and monitor team performance to identify trends and training requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives. You will proactively identify process improvement opportunities by recognising gaps and implementing effective solutions to address them. By collaborating closely with managers you will assess business needs, evaluate employees’ post-training performance, and gather feedback to refine and enhance training programs. Additionally, you will foster team engagement by equipping employees with the tools and knowledge they need to excel in their roles, to drive both individual and collective success.
