Job Description
We operate a nationwide network of over 130 family stores, offering a wide range of quality donated goods, including clothing, furniture, linen, and homeware. Our stores provide an excellent opportunity for individuals to create value from donated goods while making a positive impact in their community.
In this role as a sales and customer service team member, you will be responsible for providing our customers and donors with an exceptional experience that leads to repeat visits. You will work closely with your colleagues to achieve desired outcomes and targets in a fast-paced, high stock volume retail environment.
Main Responsibilities:
Providing excellent customer service to customers and donors
Receiving, sorting, pricing, and merchandising donated goods
Processing sales and general money handling, including end-of-day cash up with accuracy and efficiency
Maintaining a well-presented, well-stocked, and tidy store
Ensuring compliance with policies and standard operating procedures
About the Role
