Cams Biometrics is seeking a Sales and Customer Support Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales inquiries received through email, phone calls, and WhatsApp chats, addressing product queries, providing accurate information to customers, generating and sending quotations, following up with customers to close sales, and collaborating with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: - Manage sales inquiries received through email, phone calls, and WhatsApp chats in a timely and professional manner. - Address product queries and provide accurate information to customers to ensure their needs are met. - Generate and send quotations to customers, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information. - Follow up with customers to close sales and achieve targets, leading to additional incentives. - Collaborate with other teams, including marketing and technical support, to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up tasks in our CRM system. Requirements: - At least 1 year of experience in sales support or customer service role. - Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in MS Office . - Knowledge of biometric technology is preferred but not required.
