Role Responsibilities
This full-time on-site role involves promoting and selling the hotel's banqueting services, handling inquiries, conducting site visits, coordinating event details, and ensuring client satisfaction. As a key member of the hotel team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess strong sales and negotiation skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, knowledge of banqueting and event management, and the ability to multitask and work under pressure. Additionally, experience in the hospitality or events industry is highly desirable, as is proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
