The completion of the deal saw Company of Cooks become the group’s go-to operators in heritage and performance venues, art galleries and destinations. We are excited to be recruiting for a Sales and Events Co-ordinator based at The Honourable Society of Gray's Inn.
• Have excellent knowledge of venue capabilities, capacities, unique selling points and pricing
• Follow up on all enquiries within 24 hours and record in the system
• To be responsible for sales administration
• Assist the Sales and Marketing Manager with all aspects of venue marketing, including social media strategies and marketing plans
• To keep up to date all online listings and assist with managing subscription renewals
• Develop and maintain relationships with the in-house client key stakeholders to effectively assist in planning their regular internal events
