Join our team at Terex and embark on an exciting opportunity as we seek a skilled and dedicated Sales and Marketing Administrator to contribute to the National Sales Team.

As a Sales and Marketing Officer at Terex Jaques, based in Dandenong South, you'll play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive support to the National Sales and Marketing teams. This role will contribute significantly to the efficient running of the sales and marketing support operations with a focus on continuous improvement to systems, sales materials, and brand recognition.
What you’ll do
Liaise with National Sales team on providing proactive sales support and documentation.
Maintain and manage sales and marketing documentation, including advertising and promotional materials.
Maintain Terex Jaques drawing archive, printing, filing and scanning drawings and other documents into document management system as required.
Identify and manage opportunities for brand recognition improvement.
Warranty and lease vehicle monitoring and administrative support.
What you’ll bring
Experience in a sales and/or marketing support or administration role.
Excellent computer literacy, Microsoft Suite and Pronto experience a plus.
Have a proactive approach to tasks and brand growth by leveraging innovative ideas.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and customer service focus.
Confident, motivated, and organised.
