We are looking for a passionate B2B Sales and Marketing specialist who is a self-motivated problem solver and thrives in a fast paced environment.
Role:
• Help build the HealthMobis brand with effective sales and marketing strategies, communication techniques and customer centric approach.
• Create and nurture prospective alliances with companies, associations, and channel partners.
• Consult and follow up with potential partners to understand their requirements, suggest a roadmap, and bring them onboard.
• Conduct market assessments with business development teams to identify target audiences and potential partners within the community.
• Create an events strategy and calendar of events to drive institution engagement onsite.
• Working in a fast-paced technology driven environment and lead innovation forward.
• Create compelling marketing assets showcasing the product features and value propositions.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction including employees, healthcare institutions, medical staff and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Business acumen and leadership traits
• Good time-management skills
• Effective managerial and administrative abilities
Preferable Candidates:
• Bachelors/ Masters in business management, marketing, economics or similar
• Have a good understanding of B2B lead funnels and have successfully implemented them with the help of marketing automation, lead nurturing and e-mail marketing.
• Understand marketing analytics and are able to transfer that knowledge into action to create a compelling customer journey together – from lead generation, marketing, sales to customer success
