Pay Rate: $30–$35 per hour (depending on experience)
Days of Work: Monday to Friday between 10:00AM to 7:00PM (flexibility to work on weekends when required)
Hours Per Week: Minimum 30 hours work per week
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and people-focused Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This is a hands-on, multi-functional role that blends marketing execution with client relationship management, business development support, and industry engagement.
You’ll play a key role in supporting digital marketing initiatives while also acting as a primary point of contact for clients, building lasting relationships, and contributing to business growth within the fitness industry.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management & Sales Support
Act as a key point of contact for business clients, including gyms, studios, and commercial buyers (via phone, email, and in-person visits)
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through regular check-ins
Coordinate with clients on product updates, new arrivals, and promotional opportunities
Conduct after-sales follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business
Assist in preparing quotes, proposals, and tailored equipment solutions
Meet clients on-site or in the showroom to understand their needs
Support the sales team during client meetings and product demonstrations
Represent the company at industry events, expos, and networking opportunities
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the fitness sector
Marketing & Digital Coordination
Maintain and update product listings on the company website
Optimise product content, including descriptions, images, and SEO
Monitor website performance and support conversion improvements
Develop engaging social media content showcasing products, installations, and success stories
Create marketing content that highlights real-world business use cases (e.g., gym fit-outs, studio setups)
Assist with marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches
Coordinate email marketing and customer communications
Identify market opportunities and advise on the development, coordination, and implementation of pricing and promotional strategies for the organisation’s goods and services
Key Requirements
Skills & Experience
3–5 years’ experience in marketing, sales, or client relationship roles
A bachelor's degree or higher qualification in a relevant field is desirable
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence in face-to-face interactions
Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., WordPress) and digital marketing tools preferred
Ability to manage multiple tasks across marketing and client coordination
