Regarding the job role:
You would be responsible for enhancing the customer base of the organisation in Mumbai and nearby areas. To build prospective leads that exceed the sales goals of the organisation. To identify prospective customer needs and goals and suggest an effective course of action regarding the same. To follow-up with the prospects for collecting feedback and more sales conversions. To ensure the sales pipeline is full of qualified leads and prospects. To suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process. To research and discover various methods to increase consumer engagement.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills with expert-level fluency in English and Marathi
Strong ability to take initiative and responsibility for work.
In-depth understanding of the sales administration process
Candidates with sales experience in F&V and Agri companies would be preferred. Experience with local Mumbai F&V markets would be an added advantage.
