What are we looking for
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our social media platforms, establishing contacts with the top national and international organizations through various social media platforms, and generating leads for our products and services. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong sales and marketing acumen, a natural understanding of technology and its impact on the customer’s business, and a keen understanding of social media platforms.
Job Roles and Responsibilities
• Develop and Execute Sales and Marketing Strategies
• Lead Generation and Prospecting-Doing Bargains, cold calls etc.
• Client Networking and Relationship Management-Working on sub-agent Network and Conducting Zoom sessions with the new and old clients.
• Meeting IELTS, TOEFL and PTE coaching institutes for sub associate collaboration.
• Holding Career counselling events on Global Education.
• Utilize social media platforms to identify and connect with potential clients.
• Making the MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) and Mutual Sub agent agreement.
Requirements
• Work experience of 2-3 years in the field of sales and marketing.
• Prior experience in customer-facing profiles or sales will be a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Presentable and professional demeanour, capable of representing the company in a positive and engaging manner.
• Results-oriented mindset.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM software and social media management tools is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms.
