Job Overview
We are seeking a Sales And Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team at BXI - Barter Exchange of India. As a Sales And Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and marketing activities to promote our B2B Barter Market Place Platform. This is a full-time position based in Mumbai, with an opportunity to work remotely when needed. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in sales and marketing.
Qualifications And Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience of 1 to 3 years in sales and marketing, preferably in a B2B environment
• Strong knowledge of sales and marketing techniques, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships
• Good understanding of digital marketing channels and social media platforms
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
• Willingness to travel and attend events as required
Roles And Responsibilities
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and meet sales targets
• Identify and engage potential clients, build long-term relationships, and convert leads into customers
• Promote the benefits of our B2B Barter Market Place Platform to businesses and drive adoption
• Create and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and optimize marketing materials, including sales collaterals, presentations, and website content
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote our platform
