JOB DESCRIPTION/JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for sales/operations of international tours.
Handling customers query pertaining to tour planning and suggesting suitable itinerary.
Coordinating with the vendors for smooth execution of the itinerary.
Ensuring the best suited pricing and pinnacle customer satisfaction.
Providing multiple options to the client for their best possible choice.
Managing each and every aspect of the tour for delightful customer experience.
SKILLS:
Proficiency in English (Written and verbal)
Exemplary sales skills and customer-oriented approach
Well versed with various domestic and international tour destinations
Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively
Great presentation skill for winning the confidence of the customers
Experience:
international travel (sales/ops): 3 years (Required)
