Job Overview:
As a Marketing and Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies to promote our industrial raw materials to B2B customers. You will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Market Research and Analysis:
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitors' activities.
• Analyze market data to develop informed marketing and sales strategies.
• Marketing Strategy:
• Develop and execute marketing plans to promote industrial raw materials to B2B customers.
• Create compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and online content.
• Lead Generation:
• Identify and target potential B2B customers through various lead generation methods.
• Develop and manage a pipeline of leads and opportunities.
• Sales and Customer Relationship Management:
• Engage with potential customers, understand their requirements, and present tailored solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to maximize customer retention and satisfaction.
• Ensure timely payment collections and followup for the same.
• Handle and resolve customer grievances.
• Communicate dispatches to customers
• Seek orders and identify reasons for lost orders
• Co-ordinate with transporter for freight rates and delivery updates.
• Sales Presentations and Negotiations:
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective customers.
• Negotiate terms and pricing to secure orders and partnerships.
• Sales Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads, opportunities, and sales performance.
• Provide regular reports on sales metrics and progress toward targets.
• Collaboration:
• Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align marketing efforts with product offerings.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in B2B marketing and sales, preferably in the industrial raw materials sector.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary: Up to ₹37,478.44 per month
