Manage sales and marketing teams to achieve regional sales targets and increase brand awareness.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including advisors, growers, and industry influencers.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive market growth and increase revenue.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new crop varieties and ensure efficient distribution through partners.
Requirements
Tertiary qualifications in agriculture with a strong understanding of broad-acre cropping systems.
Proven track record in a sales and marketing role with a focus on agricultural industries.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
