Roles and responsibilities-
Researching prospects and generating leads.
Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
Handling customer queries, inquiries, and complaints.
Preparing and sending quotes and proposals, PI, Sales Order and other sales reports.
Managing the whole sales operation process.
Maintaining CRM /ERP database.
Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Must be dealing with B2B sales.
Able to communicate all aspect of sales opera
