Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive
Company Description: Astech Compupower is a pioneer in Power Backup Industry from Past 22 years in Rajasthan. We are the authorised business partner of Vertiv India for UPS, Smart Data Centre, Precision AC's etc solutions and authorised partner of Exide SMF Batteries. We have our own manufacturing of Servo stabilisers and Isolation Transformers.
Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting corporate customers daily to assess their power backup requirements and effectively communicate the various power backup solutions we have to offer. The candidate must have a strong understanding of UPS/batteries/inverters/servo stabilizers, as well as a proven track record of generating leads and meeting sales targets. This is a target-based position that requires travel across Rajasthan.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct daily visits to corporate customers to understand their power backup requirements.
• Educate customers about the range of power backup solutions available
• Generate continuous leads through various channels
• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to maximize sales opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and after-sales service.
Qualifications and Skills required:
• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, or related fields (B.Tech/B.E. preferred).
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the power backup industry i.e prior experience in products like UPS, batteries, inverters, and servo stabilizers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close sales and meet targets.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Rajasthan to meet customers and attend industry events.
Office Location: Lalkothi, Jaipur
Office Time: 10:00 AM to 1+:00 PM
