Job Summary:
As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new corporate clients for our corporate gifting products. You will develop and execute sales strategies to reach out to key decision-makers, including Product Officers, Purchase Officers, Procurement Officers, Marketing Heads, and HR Heads. Your primary objective will be to generate leads, build relationships, and close deals to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:Business Development:
Identify and research potential corporate clients through various sources, including industry directories, online databases, and networking events.
Develop and maintain a list of prospective clients and their key decision-makers.
Create and execute cold outreach strategies, including email, phone, and social media campaigns.
Sales:
Engage with prospective clients to understand their corporate gifting needs and preferences.
Present our products and services to potential clients, highlighting their unique features and benefits.
Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Relationship Building:
Foster strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell our products and services.
Marketing:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing campaigns and materials.
Utilize digital marketing channels, such as email and social media, to promote our products and services.
Lead Generation and Follow-up:
Generate leads through research, networking, and outreach efforts.
Follow up with leads to convert them into sales opportunities.
Reporting and Analysis:
Track and report sales performance, lead generation, and conversion rates.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Requirements:Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the corporate gifting industry.
Skills:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong research and analytical skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
