Responsible for business development , proposal management , order closures , customer contracts , customer deliverables and receivables and relationship management for assigned domains and region
Major Responsibilities :-----
• Sales Plan Development &Management
• Develop, Discuss and Manage Sales and Business Plan for products and solutions in Government Domain
• Review Sales plan and funnels on periodic basis
2 Business Strategy Development
• Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
• Prepare sales and Marketing budgets
• Prepare strategies and process of the entire sales lifecycle ie from lead generation to closure
• Prepare advanced cost and financial documents and create the right bidding strategy for projects
3. Business Development
• Management of customer funnels Identify Target customers and manage present customers Manage Sales and marketing presentation to the target customers Management of all the bids
• Create advanced data analytics that helps to identify areas of improvement, strengths/weaknesses and opportunities
• Win/Loss analysis documentation
4. Sales Team Management
• Management and hiring of the entire sales team
• Create target setting and goals for the team
• Creation of marketing exoerts in different domains
• Create KPIs for the department and the team
5 Account Management ownership
• Managing post sales activities of customers - exisiting and new
• Renewals of existing contracts
• New business Generation from existing accounts
6.Presale Management
• Management of Presales team and Preparation of Project and Product Presentation
• Organize presales support for leads
• Review tech bids and Review project cost sheet
7. Customer Relationship Management
• Customer relationship management with all stake holders at all times
• Overall ownership of customer issue management
8. Branding and Marketing collateral Management
