Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Sales and Marketing Intern to support our sales and marketing teams, driving growth and expanding market presence. This role offers hands-on experience in the EdTech industry.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research and analyze trends.
- Assist in developing customer profiles and competitor analysis.
2. Sales Support:
- Generate leads and maintain CRM systems.
- Prepare sales presentations and proposals.
3. Marketing Campaigns:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns.
- Create content for social media and digital platforms.
- Monitor and report on campaign effectiveness.
4. Customer Engagement:
- Promote products through various channels.
- Respond to customer inquiries and support events.
5. Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work with cross-functional teams to align efforts.
- Contribute creative ideas and maintain brand messaging.
6. Administrative Support:
- Perform administrative tasks and assist in budget tracking.
Qualifications:
- Pursuing or recently completed graduation/ post graduation (especially in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field).
- Strong interest in EdTech and education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with social media and digital marketing tools.
- Basic understanding of CRM and analytics is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
