Role Overview:
As a Communication for Revenue intern, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing communication strategies to drive revenue and enhance user experience within our business ecosystem. This role offers the potential to evolve into a leadership position within our Communication and Revenue team, under the guidance of our Co-founder.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement nurturing journeys tailored for MBA applicants post Profile Evaluation (PE) calls.
• Ensure comprehensive nurturing strategies are deployed for every applicant, leaving no journey untouched.
• Analyze and optimize user journeys to enhance conversion rates for PE calls and overall business success.
• Utilize effective communication strategies to drive revenue growth and strengthen brand presence.
• Act as a representative of MBA & Beyond in webinars and industry events, effectively conveying our value proposition.
• Collaborate with the team to standardize offers throughout the year, aligning with business objectives.
• Curate personalized email sequences based on distinct application seasons, maximizing engagement and conversion.
• Implement automation tools for email and WhatsApp messaging, streamlining communication processes.
• Collaborate with the founders to establish a scalable lead nurturing system, optimizing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Foster personal and professional growth, with a clear trajectory to lead the 'Communications for Revenue’ team within two years.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
• Proven ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to drive business outcomes.
• Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Passion for learning and a drive for continuous improvement.
