Job Description
• Will own key engagement metrics across the vertical such as retention and MAU, working between product and marketing teams.
• Manage planning & execution of push notification campaigns, sms, emailers and triggers.
• Collaborate with team distribution partners to implement the right user journey.
• Escalate to and drive solutions with product management for identified market specific product issues and gaps.
• Cross-Selling - work within categories to come up with the right co-promotion offers and promote them.
• Strategizing and executing campaigns around innovative marketing constructs.
• Undertaking consumer behaviour studies to develop incentive/engagement programs to drive conversions for various customer segments
• Monthly marketing offer creation & basic hygiene of the vertical on the app
MBA Grad Preferable.
