Responsibilities:
• Assist the sales team with prospecting for new leads and qualifying potential customers
• Conduct market research to identify trends and understand target audience needs
• Craft compelling email outreach campaigns to nurture leads
• Participate in customer outreach calls (phone or virtual) to generate interest in our products or services
• Assist in creating sales presentations and marketing materials (digital marketing knowledge a plus)
• Maintain accurate customer records and track sales progress through our CRM system
• Attend sales meetings, shadow experienced sales reps, and learn effective sales techniques
• Analyze sales data to identify opportunities and areas for improvement
Qualifications:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong written and verbal skills
• A go-getter attitude with a passion for sales and exceeding targets
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with a CRM system a plus
• Digital marketing knowledge a plus (social media, content marketing, SEO)
• Enrolled in a bachelor's degree program (or recent graduate)
