● Demonstrate enthusiasm & eagerness to learn the fundamentals of all store operations, including but not
limited to service, visual presentation.
● Build the bond between consumer & brand by providing superior service & adapting brand stories to the
retail setting.
● Serve as a product knowledge resource for consumers & entry-level associates.
● Seek ground opportunities to develop advanced level or specialized knowledge about selling, Aavtr Asia's
products & culture, sales & service techniques.
● Utilize customer service skills, basic sales techniques, & product knowledge to connect customers with the
right product within your pillars & drive sales.
● Assist with loss prevention efforts by providing proactive customer service.
● Able to accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
● Deliver the best possible service and attention to all consumers.
● Assist the team in executing all daily retail operations to ensure premium service & smooth digital store
functioning.
● Develop positive relationships with consumers & teammates.
● Model reliability & flexibility by being able to work varied hours & days to meet the needs of the business.
● Deliver feedback & work proactively and consistently alongside your co-workers globally.Skills required:
