Responsibilities
- Represent Phibonacci values and offerings with a comprehensive understanding and lead consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needs.
- Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets
- Identify best practices to refine the Phibonacci lead generation playbook
- Utilize CRM, cold calling, and email to generate new sales opportunities
- Proactively seek new business opportunities with schools and the education industry in the market. Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects
- Connect with the product team to understand what new features are coming up and how they can be leveraged for nurturing prospects
- Report to the sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results
- Qualify, build, and manage an accurate sales pipeline working with up to 100 accounts in your assigned territory.
- Maintain a high volume of activity, including outbound calls, emails, and social selling, focusing on generating new business within our existing customers and new prospects.
- Understanding the competitive landscape.
-Lead customers through an end-to-end sales cycle in collaboration with Pre-Sales and Support teams, ensuring 100% customer satisfaction
Requirement
- Master Degree in Marketing or a related field
- Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships.
- Organizational and time-management skills with solid business acumen.
- Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
- Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales & marketing function
- Prior experience as a sales development representative with a track record of achieving sales quotes will be considered an added advantage.
