Job Summary:
The sales trainee will work with the current staff to learn about the essential operations of the business.
Job Responsibilities:
• Assist the sales team in lead generation and prospecting by using various online and offline tools and methods like cold calling , emails, events etc.
• Identify potential clients and establish relationships to understand their needs and requirements
• Schedule appointments and demos for the sales team with qualified prospects.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and concerns.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Liaise with technical team and marketing team for product marketing
• Achieve annual and quarterly order and revenue targets
• Suggest upgrades and services that may be of interest to clients.
• Negotiate with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
• Assist in developing sales presentations proposals, and contracts
• Remain in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
Mandatory Skills:
• MBA in marketing, business administration, or similar.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or related fields is a plus.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable services.
• Great networking skills.
