Roles and Responsibilities
Proven successful track record in direct sales to corporate/business and expertise in independently handling the whole sales cycle.
Product presentation,Enquiry generation,New sales lead generation,travelling extensively to meet customers for generating sales leads,securing business in region by solving technical problems, having technical discussion,offer follow up,meeting post completion of orders for feedback and market intelligence. Responsible for timely submission of Proposal, attending negotiation, order execution, payment follow ups and related technical support for our products and services in cement and Steel plants.
Prepare monthly report on sales volume, highlights, business conditions, competitor activities and growth initiatives. Should be smart and well spoken individual, keen team player, knowledge of social media marketing, digital marketing, knowledge of English language with good presentation skills, complete knowledge of Microsoft office.
Coordination with the production team for execution of specific orders in time.
Revenue generation from Corporate/Retail clients and Advertising Agencies.
Developing and generating new business from the assigned market.
Expertise in B2B sales environment, navigating corporate processes and dealing with admin managers/ purchase-procurement teams/ Accountant.
This position requires individuals with high self-esteem, confidence, perseverance, enthusiasm, and pleasing personalities, who are self-starters and well organized.
Make business proposals for securing business from customers.
Ability to work well in and promote a team environment.
Should be familiar with the Indian and International quality standards and business practices.
Must have exposure to establish new customer base.
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
Proficiency in English
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
Fast learner and passion for sales
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
