Requirement: Sales & Marketing Manager
Experience: 5+ Years
Location: WFH (Work From Home) or Gurgaon

Responsibilities
• Generate Leads via social media, emails, websites, campaigns, etc
• Convert leads as per targets
• Sign up New Brands for Partnership for lead generation & sales
• Facebook & Insta: Sign Up with group owners for collaborations for sales
• Generate leads for website for product & services through social media, emails & other campaigns
• Convert leads on-site as per targets
• Hit weekly targets in terms of revenue on social media platforms
• Marketing on eCommerce sites, and hitting the sales figures weekly
• Conduct online & offline events, promote the brand and drive sales
Requirements and skills
• Creating a sales plan and proactively experimenting to improve execution
• Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
• Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Strong business sense and industry expertise
• Monitoring progress in real-time and analyzing data
