• Proven experience in sales and marketing within the NDT equipment industry preferably in wind energy sector, oil and gas, power plants.
• Strong understanding of the sales process, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
