Job Description
Mission
The ideal candidate must have experience in fresh fruit and will be responsible for developing, proposing, and implementing sales strategies, as well as overseeing sales processes in accordance with established standards and procedures. This role aims to strengthen the company's sales position and profitability in both the country and the region.
Responsibilities
• Design the strategic plan for national sales in the short, medium, and long term, focusing on metrics such as volume, revenue, pricing, and profitability across various marketing channels (Industrial Sales, Retail, E-commerce, and Traditional Channel). This will involve defining strategies and tactics to surpass proposed objectives.
• Monitor the execution of the budget, ensuring targets are met in terms of volume, revenue, pricing, profitability, and collections within each marketing channel (Industrial Sales, Retail, E-commerce, and Traditional Channel).
• Negotiate with customers and develop the domestic retail market, as well as monitor industrial sales negotiations, in order to ensure that they have the necessary conditions to meet the obligations they may have with the company.
• Develop and execute the Marketing Plan tailored to applicable commercial channels, with the goal of positioning the Hortifrut brand in national sales.
• Analyze sales reports, competition, and other data as requested by Administration and Finance Management / General Management and Corporate Management. This analysis will be crucial for establishing commercial strategies to guide decision-making.
• Collaborate with your management to set product prices, aiming to gain a competitive edge and maximize profitability through strategic pricing.
• Negotiate with Retail customers on pricing, supply terms, promotions, new product development, and more. Additionally, identify potential needs to strengthen commercial relationships and foster loyalty.
• Monitor product displays, prices, and settlements in various commercial channels, ensuring adherence to agreed-upon conditions.
Qualifications
• International Business Administration Graduate, Industrial Engineering Graduate or similar.
• More than 8 years of experience in similar rols in Agro Industry.
• Mandatory experience conducting business in the B2B segment with fresh fruit
