Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced executive for a leadership position to lead the Marketing P&L for our lab equipment range of products. The right candidate must have demonstrated building a growth engine in the Life science/Analytical lab / Clinical lab space.
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for marketing of Lab equipment portfolio
- Manage the existing lab equipment portfolio of the company to maximize it & work towards expansion
- Identify new product, understand its potential and competition, coordinate with product management team to ensure that new product meets highest expectation of customer, coordinate with design and production team for introduction of product in market.
- Develop and execute market-specific plans and strategies, short and long term, to support our vision for the portfolio for the company
- Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Manufacturing, Legal, Purchase, Market Access, Regulatory, Finance, Supply chain for long-term vision of the company
Profile :
- Minimum + + years’ experience in Life Sciences/Analytical lab / Clinical lab space company with a background in the labs or scientific portfolio would be preferred
- Should have managed P&L and cash flow management in their current role
- Proven track record of managing product launches, market access, technical product management, marketing communication & competition mapping
- Significant exposure to market in sales and marketing
- Ability to build consensus and relationships among executives, partners, and the workforce
- An entrepreneurial mind-set with outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Should have a growth mind-set and a team player
