Role Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven and strategically focussed Sales & Marketing Manager to lead revenue growth, business expansion and market penetration initiatives across both offline and digita commerce channels. This is a performance-driven leadership role for professionals who demonstrate strong commerical acumen, strategic sales planning, and consistent success in exceeding revenue targets.

The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in e-commerce strategy, online sales growth, digital marketing, and lead generation, along with hands-on experience in website launch strategies, go-to-market (GTM) execution, and digital product launches. The role requires the ability to develop scalable revenue growth strategies, manage sales pipelines, and drive customer acquisition across multiple digital platforms.

Candidates should possess strong knowledge of performance marketing, social media growth, SEO/SEM, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and CRM management, along with the ability to analyze marketing ROI and performance analytics to optimize campaigns and maximize revenue.

In addition, the role involves developing print marketing collateral, managing brand launch campaigns, building strategic partnerships, and supporting company expansion initiatives. Strong team leadership, cross-functional collaboration, negotiation skills, and strategic planning capabilities are essential to successfully scale business operations and accelerate company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Director in planning, executing, and supervising marketing operations to achieve revenue targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to develop comprehensive marketing plans and budgets.
Develop engaging content for social media, SMS campaigns, emailers, e-commerce platforms, and quick commerce marketplaces, coordinate with agencies for timely deliverables.
Manage and optimize brand presence on quick commerce platforms (product listings, inventory coordination, promotions, visibility, and performance tracking).
Plan and execute events, exhibitions, trade shows, and on-ground brand activations to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
Conceptualize innovative campaigns and marketing ideas to increase website traffic and drive footfall.
Support the design and development of marketing collaterals and promotional materials.
Coordinate and train the call center team for new product launches, including creating FAQs and communication guidelines.
Manage and nurture relationships with B2B partners for corporate sales growth.
Prepare professional slide decks and presentations for B2B clients and internal training sessions.
Identify, recommend, and manage vendors for creative and cost-effective promotional activities.
Collaborate with departments such as gift wrapping, photography (product shoots), and workshops for marketing-related activities.
Product & Brand Positioning:

Optimize product positioning, pricing strategies, and promotional planning.
Ensure premium brand presentation and consistency across all customer touchpoints.
Monitor customer feedback and maintain strong brand reputation.
Campaigns & Promotions:

Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, festive promotions, and corporate gifting drives.
Design bundled offers, discounts, and special promotions to increase sales volume.
Ensure inventory readiness during high-demand periods.
Analytics & Performance Management

Track key business KPIs including revenue, conversion trends, customer acquisition cost, and average order value.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for leadership review.
Identify performance gaps and implement corrective strategies.
Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor team members to achieve performance targets.
Set clear goals and ensure accountability across functions.
Foster a results-driven and high-performance culture.
Eligibility Criteria:

Bachelor’s degree in BMM and MBA
5+ years of experience in sales and marketing roles.
Experience in gifting, FMCG, lifestyle, or premium retail industries preferred.
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively.
Candidates with a strong creative sense and prior experience in the gifting industry will be given preference.

E-commerce Sales Ownership:

The candidate will be responsible for driving measurable revenue growth across platforms such as Nykaa, Myntra, Amazon, and Flipkart through performance marketing, product listing optimization, and data-driven sales strategies.
