Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling our cutting-edge degaussers and smart home automation products to a diverse range of customers. You will play a key role in developing and implementing effective sales strategies, establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and target potential customers in various industries, including data centers, government agencies, financial institutions, and technology companies.
• Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and industry trends.
• Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to effectively promote and sell our degaussers and smart home automation products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers, showcasing the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of our products.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, product guides, and online content, to support sales efforts.
• Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to generate leads and promote our products.
• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Track sales performance, analyse sales data, and prepare regular reports for management.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies related to degaussers and smart home automation products.
Qualifications:
• Proven track record of success in sales and marketing, preferably in the technology or home automation industry.
• Strong understanding of degaussers, data erasure, and smart home automation products is highly desirable.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales and marketing tools.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
