Job Description
As a Marketing Manager for And Also, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, sales, and growth. You will oversee various aspects of our marketing efforts, including multi-channel sales, lead generation, customer relations, digital marketing overview and third-party sales partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Channel Sales:
• Develop and execute channel-specific sales strategies to maximize revenue and market presence.
• Monitor and analyze channel sales performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
Lead Generation:
• Plan and execute lead generation campaigns to expand our customer base and increase brand visibility.
• Utilize marketing automation tools and data analytics to identify and nurture potential leads.
• Continuously optimize lead generation tactics for maximum ROI.
Customer Relations:
• Foster strong and lasting relationships with our customers through effective communication and engagement strategies.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Develop customer loyalty programs and initiatives to enhance customer retention.
Digital Marketing:
• Coordinate all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Plan and overlook execution of engaging and compelling digital content to drive traffic and conversions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our digital strategies cutting-edge.
Third-Party Sales:
• Identify and establish partnerships with third-party retailers, e-commerce platforms, and distributors to expand our sales channels.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with third-party sales partners to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
• Monitor and optimize third-party sales performance to achieve sales targets.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in marketing management within the fashion industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
