Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive – Fire Safety Solutions

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to promote our fire safety products and services, including:
Fire Fighting AMC (Industrial/Residential/Commercial)
Fire Extinguisher Refilling & Sales
Fire Hydrant Accessories
Fire Sprinkler System Maintenance & Sales
Turnkey Fire Safety Projects
Fire NOC Assistance
Fire Alarm Systems
The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients, explaining products/services, closing sales, and achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and meet industrial, commercial, and residential clients
Promote AMC contracts and fire safety products
Generate and follow up on leads
Negotiate and close sales deals Prepare proposals and quotes
Maintain relationships with existing clients
Coordinate with the technical team for execution
Required Qualifications & Skills:
– Graduate (preferably BBA/BMS/MBA Marketing)
– 1-3 years experience in B2B or B2C sales preferred
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills
– Knowledge of basic computer tools (MS Office, Email, CRM)
– Local language (Marathi/Hindi) + English
– Two-wheeler with valid license preferred
– Should be willing to travel locally
Salary & Benefits:
– Salary range: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000/month (depending on experience)
– Transportation allowance: ₹2/km reimbursement for field visits (or as per company policy)
– Incentives/commission on sales performance
– 30 days training period (stipend: ₹6,000)
Candidate must complete training successfully; if the candidate leaves during training or within 3 months of confirmation, training cost will be recovered.
Working Hours:
– Monday to Saturday, +:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Important Note:
We are looking for serious candidates only. If selected, the candidate must complete the training period. Early dropouts after training will not be tolerated.
