Job Description
1. Responsible for B2B Sales and Business development.
2. Pitching & Identifying leads, Maintaining fruitful relationships with Agents, Developers & Sourcing Managers
3. Responsible for client conversion, retention of existing clients and reference.
4. Creation of database of Real Estate Developers & Real Estate Agents.
5. Will be responsible for achieving targets in the region.
6. Developing and maintaining of database, Regular Reporting & Follow-ups
7. Should have Knowledge of MS office (especially MS Excel) and use of Internet Key Functional Skill
Required Candidate profile
Should have experience in Sales and Marketing.
Should have basic knowledge of Digital Marketing
Excellent verbal, written, presentation skills, capable to give demos independently, fast learner and passion for sales, self-motivated with a result driven approach.
Soft skills:
Good communication
Presentable
Positive with a go getter attitude
Ready to work under targets
Good negotiation skills.
Good command on English and Hindi Language
• Pay scale : 3000XXXXXX per annum
