Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Kochi, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing customer relations, and promoting our event management services. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with clients, identifying sales opportunities, participating in training sessions, and managing the sales process from lead generation to closing. This role will also involve coordinating with the marketing team to support promotional activities and campaigns.
Qualifications
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Experience in Training and developing sales strategies
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Experience in the event management industry is a plus
• Proficiency in using CRM software and sales management tools
