Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Borivali. The individual in this role will be responsible for driving sales efforts, managing client relationships, and promoting Juana Pharma's products and services. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with clients, identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, providing excellent customer service, and assisting in developing and executing marketing strategies. Additionally, the role will require training clients or team members on products and services to maximize customer satisfaction and business performance.
Qualifications
• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to interact effectively with clients and provide exceptional support.
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to identify opportunities, achieve sales targets, and manage accounts efficiently.
• Experience in delivering Training to clients and team members, ensuring adequate knowledge of products and services.
• Ability to work collaboratively, take initiative, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and basic knowledge of marketing tools and strategies is a plus.
