Job Summary:
We are seeking a Head of Sales & Growth to lead our sales and growth efforts, and drive the company to new heights. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success and experience in the creative content and production industry or Past Entrepreneurial streak. In this role, you will work closely with the founder to shape the direction of the company and drive growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a sales and growth strategy that will result in increased revenue and market share.
- Lead a sales team and ensure that all sales targets are met.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and lead the company’s expansion into new markets.
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Work closely with the production team to ensure that clients' needs are met.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the creative content and production industry and stay abreast of new trends and technologies.
- Collaborate with the founder to set the company's strategic direction and drive growth.
- Provide regular updates to the founder on sales and growth progress, and work with the founder to refine and adjust the sales and growth strategy as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 6-10 years of experience in sales and business development, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Familiarity with the creative content and production industry.
- Proven ability to work effectively with founders and other senior leaders.
