Should have experience in Upwork ,freelance(2 to 4 years).
Making outbound calls/mails to potential customers, and following up with them for generating warm and hot prospects.
Understand the requirements of the prospects & Offer the solutions that meet their needs.
Generating and maintaining a database of existing and potential customers.
Report to the team lead on (daily/weekly/monthly) sales reports.
Accurately record details of customers inquiries.
Developing in-depth knowledge of customer interests to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.
Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products.
Answering customers' questions on the products.
Meeting sales quotas.
